“Aeropolis” LLC made the application to Committee for Architecture and Urban Development (KGA) for changing the project planning scheme and Pulkovo airport’s land survey. It is referred to the plot of 1200 Ha of territory. KGA issued the conforming mandate on Thursday, March 22.

Tourism Development Committee issued the applicant in accordance to the project of the new land used and development rules (PZZ) as a part of the public hearing. Committee ask to accept challenges, which will allow realize the strategic project “Aeropolis”, mentioned during SPIEF-2016. VTB preliminary accepted 6.3 bln RUR investments in the project.

Based upon the application of the Committee by the 2018 the project has been changed – 6 plots of land with 41.6 Ha total square was integrated into the project. Estimated cost of the project is 3.8 bln RUR with 12-14 years period of recoupment. Project will develop new 35000 m2 business-center, 500 parking spots, cargo terminal, 150 rooms hotel, trading facilities, flowers and fish markets with specialized infrastructure for e-commerce.
